Russell continues: All the high-speed lines we rode today (ICE, TGV, Eurostar) are not wheelchair accessible without a lift but are very comfy on the interior. In Paris, they board the Eurostar trains as if they were commercial jets - you have to check in, go through security and passport control, and then you wait in a lounge.
